Web Base Chinese Input
The web base Chinese input doesn’t need to install any Chinese input program into your PC and able to recognize more than 7 thousands Chinese words.

Simply logon to the website here, start typing and select the desire word. Compare to built-in IME, it needs to key in the full pin-ying character for the first word and don’t have the learning mode as well. It has an offline version that you can download and run directly from your browser. Download the file here, install and run c:/webime/index.html from your browser.
