Has it really been a whole year since Sony first introduced the Vaio X? Looks like they took a little of the vertical charm out of the affair on their new VGX-XL70S and VGX-XV80S, though, two AV-capable boxes equipped with HDMI, and up to 2TB of storage on the VGX-XL70S.

Quooker Boiling Water from Tap

Fast and easy to ready coffee for my night shift of blogging and just wonder besides this Quooker, is there any pizza’s ready “cooker”? ;)

Quooker: Boiling Water from the Tap
If you’re one of many people who dislike waiting for the water to boil, you’ll definitely like the Quooker system: It allows you to get boiling water from the tap. Water goes into a special tank under the sink, which heats the water to boiling point. Then it’s super-heated a few extra degrees to guarantee sterility, and the water is passed through a filter.

Higher airport secutiry with biometric boarding

Better security protection with biometric identifications, but it may affect the boarding time.

    Quote:
Lufthansa and Siemens has successfully tested a biometric process for check-in and boarding at the Airport. The system identifies passengers from their fingerprints.

After a passenger’s finger is rolled over an optical reader unit, the system converts the fingerprints’ characteristics into a 2D code which the reader prints on the boarding pass. Just before boarding, the fingerprints are again scanned by a reader and compared with the barcode. The data is erased after the passenger checks in.

Plantic the Water Dissolve Plastic

Plantic the Water Dissolve Plastic
According to research, a piece of plastic will stay on earth for more than 50 years before it dissolved. The “Plantic” technology is going to save our earth!

    Quote:
    Plantic – Water dissolve plastic
Plastic will survive forever in landfill, or, if it is burnt, it can release toxic and carcinogenic particles into the atmosphere.

But Australian company Plantic says you only have to add water to its plastic and it will disappear in front of your eyes. The formula comprises 90 percent corn starch and a number of other organic materials, including water, fatty acid and oil. Starch-based plastics are not a new concept, but Plantic is different.
